Stuffed Meatloaf

Make your meatloaf as you usually do and roll it out.  Down the middle (not all the way to the ends), put whatever you like. Myself, I put 2-3 different kinds of lunch meat, 2-3 different kinds of shredded cheese and mushrooms. I roll it up, or if you can't roll it because you put too much in, press the edges together. Place on over rack with foil. Take bacon strips and lay across and bake. You can even fill with vegetables, potatoes or whatever else you prefer.  Add a side dish of mashed potatoes and gravy.  You can even pour some of the gravy over your serving of meatloaf after you've put it on your plate. You talk about a tasty rolled meatloaf.  Create your own, you'll never go back to the same ole same ole.
